Cooking Classes - Fresh Pasta

Learn the art of making fresh pasta with Chef Mario Deruda.  No cooking class focused on Tuscany would be complete without a course in making pasta.  While dried pasta will do in a pinch, if you’ve never experienced fresh pasta you’re in for a treat.  Made with simple ingredients – eggs and flour -- the art is in the preparation.  Let Chef Mario – raised and trained in Italy – show you just how to make pasta that you’ll be proud to serve whether it’s a weeknight supper or a Saturday night dinner party for your foodie friends.   Chef Mario will also help you unleash your culinary creativity with different ways to serve fresh pasta – ranging from simple sauces to elegant presentations.
