Francois Carew on The Classical Guitar In Italy During the 18th and 19th Centuries

Francois Carew holds a Bachelor of Music degree in classical guitar performance and is a Masters of Arts candidate in music history at Wayne State University.

He is a classical guitarist, instructor, and music historian that brings a classical perspective to finger style jazz-blues, flamenco, and rock guitar styles.

Francois has a diverse musical background, performs regularly as a soloist, and has been on the guitar faculty of the Interlochen Arts Academy Guitar Festival, and Workshop. He is an extraordinary musician with an excellent command of the guitar, which allows him to bring out its sensitive, and melodious nature.
